What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Stripe and Paypal. These platforms accept major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Please email Monifa at hello@queenofspadesstyle.com to discuss your return order.

I need to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?

Yes you can receive a refund on a cancelled order as long as it hasn't already shipped. Please send an email to help@queenofspades.com with your order number. Once processed you will receive your refund in 5-7 business days.

How do I tie a headwrap?

Monifa will hold live head wrapping tutorials via zoom which each customer will be invited to attend. Monifa will also upload "How To" videos on the Queen of Spades Style YouTube Channel.
